Our approach focuses on the development, since 2025, of our Project Management Assistance (AMO) activities in Tunisia, Morocco and Senegal, primarily, at present, in the industrial and hospitality sectors.

Our approach to Project Management Assistance is based on delivering high value-added design and project management services, with the objective of supporting project owners and investors in the definition, structuring, development and management of their projects, drawing on our experience and our understanding of architectural, technical, economic and operational challenges.

As an example, our “Design + Asset Management” offer combines the design and development of a real estate project with a comprehensive approach focused on value creation, asset performance and long-term sustainability.

Whether dealing with a greenfield site, an existing asset, or a property requiring renovation or repositioning, our role is to identify and implement solutions designed to maximize the value and profitability of the investment throughout its entire life cycle. We can also support the creation and development of new real estate products tailored to the expectations of both local and international markets.

In this context, we work alongside investors, owners and asset managers, in particular to:

• identify and engage new investors, operators or partners;

• identify and define investments offering the highest potential returns

• develop alternative development and value-enhancement scenarios aimed at increasing both the capital value and resale value of the asset;

• analyze and monitor operator performance;

• assess the economic and financial performance of the proposed concept;

• prepare the annual budget and investment plan;

• define strategic options between retaining, renovating, extending, repositioning or disposing of the asset;

• optimize and, where appropriate, renegotiate agreements with operators, brands or franchise partners;

• develop a long-term marketing, commercial and communication strategy, particularly across the Euro-African market.
